A note from the founder

After years of pouring into my legal career and everyone else, I found myself completely depleted—disconnected from my body, my peace, and any sense of self beyond being a mom, wife, and attorney.

Like so many women, I didn’t just need a workout. I needed to feel like me again.

But every moment away from my family and endless to-do list had to be worth it. I needed something that would strengthen my body, calm my nervous system, and leave me feeling replenished—without spending hours chasing self-care across town.

But nowhere like that existed in Parker.

So I created Nova Glow—a sanctuary designed for women who do it all, yet crave something more.

Locally owned and rooted in community, Nova Glow was built by women, for women. Everything has been intentionally designed to deliver both results and restoration: high-performance reformers and precision-based Pilates instruction for unmatched form and strength; infrared saunas with red light and salt therapy to support detoxification, cellular renewal, and deep relaxation; and a spa-like, luxury aesthetic that feels like exhaling the moment you walk in.

The aloe—reflected throughout our design and curated retail Edit—is more than a visual symbol. It represents healing, hydration, and rejuvenation: nature’s reminder that we can thrive despite harsh conditions and regenerate from within, no matter what we’ve endured. Just as aloe restores the skin after stress, Nova Glow was created to restore women after burnout—to replenish what's been depleted and bring radiance back to life.

Likewise, Nova Glow is more than a name. Nova Glow comes from the Latin word nova—meaning “new light.” It symbolizes renewal and reflects the moment you reignite your spark and begin to shine in a new light. Because your glow was never gone, it was just waiting to burn brighter.

Whether you’re in the throes of motherhood, overworked and running on empty, or simply wanting to prioritize yourself, Nova Glow is for you—and I can’t wait to welcome you.
